All day I planned to spend my evening productively. I have an upcoming engagement shoot that needs planning. I have a website in dire need of work. And I have photos waiting to be edited. Lately I have been suffering from a serious case of procrastination and it's only a matter of time before it catches up to me. So I had my whole approach to the evening planned. I would force myself to sit at the dining room table, convinced that if I were sitting in a straight-backed chair I would be more productive. I'm sure deep down this theory developed from one too many years spent attending private school. Sit up straight, Lyndi. A straight spine with help clear your head and keep you focused. And like many things drilled into my subconscious during those years, it was wrong. Regardless, I had a plan.
And then the tickets to the Louvre showed up.
Clearly my judgement failed me once again. Here I am, sitting with my back straight, feet planted firmly on the ground........with productivity at an all time low.
