The Stipp Family: A Tybee Island Family Session and a Downtown Savannah Engagement

We started emailing this summer, setting a time and a place.  Sherry reached out to me, excited that her family was going to all be together for the Thanksgiving holiday and they wanted to have family portraits taken.  The extra special treat for me?  Her son Ben and his fiance, Jo, were going to be here as well and wanted to spend time capturing engagement photos.

(I may have secretly jumped for joy upon hearing this - I LOVE capturing couples in love)

We started shooting at Sherry's freshly renovated, gorgeous Bed & Breakfast - Surf Song B&B - on Tybee Island.


And their fourth child, Macy, was SO sweet!

Immediately following these family portraits, we headed downtown to capture images of just Ben and Jo.

I HAD to snap a shot of this beautiful ring!

Did I mention how cute these two are together?

I love the lighting downtown just before sunset.

I'll end on this image as it was right at the end of our shoot and it might just be my favorite of the evening!
