Since I'm a sucker for multi-tasking - Jason took shots of me that I can use on my upcoming new website (shhh! more on that one later...).
We worked on focus, composition, not cropping out toes or heads, but really we worked on having fun.
He was doing such a great job...
....and then there was this. I'm pretty sure this was about the time he started sneaking out behind trees to shoot me.
After this, I'm pretty excited for our first wedding! Stay tuned for the results of that wedding in just a few weeks!
Great post. Pictures are great!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun session! Cute!
ReplyDeleteHow fun for you guys to work together! My husband sometimes assists me at weddings that require travel. He's great with taking care of the gear, keeping track of the timeline, and feeding me snacks and water but he's not a photographer so I never thought he might be interested in second shooting (he's a lawyer, actually...). At the wedding this past weekend, he started asking me more photo-related questions - why I was choosing certain locations, what I "looked at" when I looked for lighting, why I chose to set up certain compositions, etc. He later said he was asking because he's really interested in learning more about photography so who knows, maybe he'll end up being my second shooter, too!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome to see him so interested in something that you love. How wonderful would it be for you guys to get to work together in this way!
DeleteI need to do this as well :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute, good luck shooting your first wedding together!
