At 4:00PM, two hours before the ceremony, the skies opened up and the downpour started. Thunder shook the house and lighting flashed across the sky. I paced the house, not knowing what to anticipate for the upcoming beach side service.
Just after 6:00, Iris arrived on Tybee Island looking amazingly calm and collected, knowing that regardless of the weather, she was going to marry the love of her life. Her serene and quiet demeanor was a glowing reflection of her love for Christian. As she walked out onto the beach to meet her groom, the skies remained quiet, the clouds offered a lovely light and a warm breeze blew. This incredible pair was prepared to handle whatever weather may lay on their horizon.
Iris and Christian - Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your beautiful day. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know over the past few years, which made it all the more special to me to be there to document the first step of your new journey together. I wish you all the love in the world. ¡Felicidades!

Tybee Island's North Beach Bar & Grill set a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.
Iris worked tirelessly on every last detail.
This image says so much about their love for one another.
Iris - you look amazing!
