As she stared out the window, worrying about the potential rain, her sister came over to offer her reassurances. Reassurances that the day would turn out just like the bride-to-be - absolutely beautiful. Only moments later, as Jessica slid into her wedding gown, did the clouds part and expose a stunning rainbow. A sign of what the day, and life, would hold.
Surrounded by their family and friends, Jessica and John, pledged to spend their lives, learning how to love one another, every single day.
Jessica and John - Thank you so much for allowing me to a part of your day. It was truly a pleasure.
The details! Oh how I loved the details!
The moment a veil goes on, every woman finally feels like a Bride.
Jessica and John chose to see each other prior to the ceremony for a First Look. I absolutely love love love this moment.
Jessica, you look gorgeous!
The ceremony was held at the Whitefield Chapel at Bethesda School for Boys. The brick-lined floors, wooden pews and large, bright windows created an exquisite backdrop.
My sister, Shayna, worked side-by-side with me all day and captured the lovely image on the right as I shot the one on the left. (I couldn't have asked for a better second shooter!)
The Bride and Groom started of the night at the Forest City Gun Club.
Guests lit up the dance floor with sparklers as the sun dipped below the horizon, bringing an end to a beautiful day.
A big thank you to Andrea Brown and her crew with Andrea Brown Events for keeping the day running smoothly from start to finish!
