Me: Ok. You're going to jump on three.
Cameron: Ok.
Me: Ready?
Cameron: Yeah.
Me: Here we go. One.....two....three!
Cameron: Four....five.....six!
Clearly we're still working on the logistics.
Like a fish out of water, Cameron is taking to the pool. Just mention the word outside and he's off and running to get his bathing suit. And armed with floaties, he's become fearless in the water. There's no longer any need for hand holding.
We floated. We splashed. We played under the buckets. And we sang the ABC's.
Yes, pool time is a perfectly acceptable time to run through the alphabet.
Though Drew is not quite ready for all the pool activity, it doesn't mean he had to miss out on all the fun. He's not yet up to the full alphabet, but is working hard at the letter "o."
