To call this an Easter egg hunt may be a stretch. But Cameron ran around the yard "hunting" these eggs non-the-less. Or that was at least until he realized that there were no teddy grahams inside the eggs. Though I couldn't really blame him. Hollow, plastic eggs with nothing inside?! I know I would have pouted.
Then came the fascination with the trees. And the bushes. And everything not egg related.
During all this Drew laid patiently on his blanket, soaking in the sun. Until he started to hear my camera shutter...then he hid.
I can't say enough about this pinstripe suit. Cameron's such a little man!
This picture on the bottom right is my favorite shot of the day. The colors, the lighting, everything. I'm excited when I can walk away from a shoot and get that giddy over an image. And yes, I said giddy. I typically only post on this blog the images I feel were the strongest of the day, or those that are most consistent with my shooting style. But I don't always have a single image that stands out to me.
This time I did. Giddy-ness there was.
